Second time in Frasier. And it happened again. I extended my travel plans and was going to run out of contacts. Loretta sent me up in the same 5+ star fashion that Scott treated me with my first time. This place is a winner! Highly recommended.

Wasn't sure what I actually needed as my vision was just a little bit blurry.But everything went smooth and was explained properly and I now have glasses on order. They made it a real comfortable experience. I will be willing to recommend in this place to anybody. They were more than friendly and courteous and helpful with everything that happened and what I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the undivided attention given to me during my appt with Winter Park Optical. My many questions were answered, including one I've asked various optical professionals for many yrs w/ no specific answers given back to me: why did my eyes run tears all the time?? Dr Jennifer (I couldn't pronounce her last name,) told me very clearly. She explained it was my body's response to having a syndrome called *Dry Eye*. She explained more, suggested some ways ppl dealt with it, & I was relieved to finally have an answer, then they helped me pick out one of the best frames (not easily broken,) I've ever had.
