Franktown Animal Clinic has been providing compassionate and knowledgeable care for over 30 years. The clinic combines conventional Western medical therapies with science-based Eastern treatments such as acupuncture, herbal medicines, and natural remedies. The staff is experienced in handling large breed dogs and takes the time to understand each pet's history and current issues. They are warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure pets feel comfortable and relaxed.
The clinic has received high praise from pet owners who have switched from other veterinarians due to poor service, and many have found their "forever home" at Franktown Animal Clinic. The staff is incredibly friendly and always takes care of patients quickly. They genuinely care for the pets and have gone above and beyond to help pet owners, especially during difficult times. Dr. Olson is mentioned as one of the best, providing clarity and perseverance in the care of a patient.
The clinic has also received amazing feedback for the care provided to a patient named Jade, where the surgeon, Dr. Angela Hinton, performed a successful and delicate surgery to remove tumors while maintaining the appearance of the pet's ear. The staff is described as friendly and professional, making the clinic a blessing for pet owners and their furry companions.
The whole staff is amazing. I sat waiting on a very busy Monday morning and witnessed how much every single front desk person cared about every single call they answered. Special shout out to Abby and Dr. Rey who went above and beyond showing compassion and patience with me (they were also amazing with my dogs lol).
We’ve been a Franktown fur family for more than20 years. Always the best experience even when it’s time for final goodbyes. Love all the vets, techs & staff! We moved from the Castle Rock area to the Springs area 5 years ago & as long as it’s not an emergency situation, we travel because of the service received.
Dr. Hinton and her tech, Ryan- were amazing. We had to unexpectedly put our sweet girl ,Harley, down. They were kind, compassionate and talked me through all options although most weren’t ideal. Thank
You for the compassionate care in a tough time. ❤️
