C&L Exteriors LLC is a local business based in Franktown. Customers describe being very impressed with the work and having a great experience dealing with the owner. The company replaced roofs and a garage roof, repaired all damage, and made paint matches perfectly. One customer notes the recommended shingles helped reduce the annual insurance premium. The owner worked directly with customers, arranged for a representative to be present during the insurance inspection, coordinated with the insurance company, and kept customers informed throughout the process. The crew arrived as promised, moved items from patios to protect them from debris, and completed the job efficiently, from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The owner was on-site when the work was finished, and the roof passed the final inspection with flying colors. The company also did an outstanding job in fence staining, outside window frame repair, and overall outside house maintenance. The job-site representative was professional, on-time, easy to work with, and completed everything as promised. The owner did a thorough inspection of roofing and siding issues and immediately gave a very reasonable estimate, keeping the customer updated as to the crew's availability during very rainy and stormy weather conditions. The crew was punctual, professional and efficient. Customers describe the company as a pleasure to work with from start to finish, with clear communication, excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, and projects completed quickly. The company is recommended to anyone affected by the hail storm and to anyone in need of quality work and housing maintenance needs.
