“I cannot say enough positive things about Back to Wellness Chiropractic. All staff are extremely welcoming and professional; it is a very friendly atmosphere. I've been adjusted by both Matt and Tanya. They both listen and genuinely care about my issues and curtail adjustments to my comfort level, all while focusing on my long-term wellness. I highly recommend them and am grateful to have found such skilled and compassionate chiropractors.“

“I have had acupuncture before and none of them were successful. However, my wife encouraged me to come see Lynda Bess as she has been seeing her and praises her as if she was GOD herself. Being skeptical, I did set myself with an appointment to see Lynda. Long story short, I became a believer of this very communicative and professional acupuncturist. Right after the treatment, I stood up, was a bit light headed, but pain free from a lower back injury and an ankle replacement. I was totally freaked out with amazement as I felt like I can run again and lift heavy objects. I know that this is a temporary fix but the feeling of pain relief was tremendously great and overwhelming. So, I encourage those that have physical ailments and pain that if they are seeking relief to please come visit Lynda as she would do her very best to have you walk away from her office with gratitude and solace. Go check her out, it will be well worth your time and investment!!!!!!“

Verdure Health Traditions - Jennifer Ulman, L.Ac. Acupuncture

“I came to my first session with Jen in the middle of one of the most difficult periods of my life. I had just eliminated alcohol, caffeine, gluten, dairy, beef — and over 40 other foods due to a long battle with GI symptoms and food sensitivities. I was physically depleted and emotionally worn thin. We spoke about everything I was going through and just before I got onto her table, I told her I was exhausted and just needed to see a way through the fog.

She listened. I mean really listened — not just to my words, but to the things underneath them. That first session wasn’t just needles and quiet; it was release. I broke down crying when the needles first went in, not from pain, but from the sudden flood of emotion pouring out of me. It was like something heavy finally lifted. By the end, I felt lighter. Clearer. Like there was finally a little breathing room in my mind again.

Her approach is tailored, thoughtful, and genuinely healing. She’s kind, deeply empathetic, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. You’re never just another appointment — she crafts each session based on what your body and spirit are going through that day.

Acupuncture is so misunderstood. I get it, people think it’s mysterious or intimidating. But there’s no reason to fear it. The real mystery is why more people aren’t embracing it. If you’re hurting physically, emotionally, or both this kind of care can be transformational. It was for me.“

“After my auto accident, Dr. John Hamilton got me back playing tennis. His non-surgical rehabilitation was exrordinary. He took the time to listen to me at each appointment. He said he wanted to do some accupuncture too, and I was skeptical at first but I am glad I listened. It took 4 weeks going in 2x's per week and eventually I felt better. 3 months later, I am about 90% and still go one a week, but every time I do I feel better.“
