I’ve been to many classes at the rooted rose and they have been consistently amazing. Rosalind, the owner, puts so much love and care into both her classes and her teachers. I always leave feeling energized, renewed and with a happy spirit. I highly recommend this studio to both beginners and advanced yogis.
