“I'm giving it a five star review because Dr. Smith and the vet tech (I'm sorry I forgot her name) were so pleasant and helpful. Vet care experience so far is definitely five stars. However, one of the receptionists is really rude and often short on the phone. Since I've moved to fort Morgan and have had to switch over a lot of my services, I can honestly say this was the only negative interaction I've had. But it's still disappointing.“
