They scheduled hot water heater repair even when busy and repair leaking heater with quick repair. They are available during snowstorm, making house safe, repairing propane and getting heat back. Had a furnace igniter go bad, posted to Facebook in search for a new one on a Sunday when most businesses are closed or running short hours. My hot water heater was leaking and Danette was able to get me scheduled, even though they're busy. Carl came over and was able to repair my heater and get me going.I highly recommend Ruppel's. They've been my go to for years
