Victor at this location was very helpful, accessed all of my needs. I've been here a few times all of the staff is very helpful when I stop in to check out what's new. Their flooring section is very nice.
It is refreshing to have such a great lumber yard resource in Fort Morgan. Austin, as usual, finds just what you need and gets it to you at a price you can afford. Highly recommend!
My wife, my grandmother and I went into the store in Miles City, Montana today and we were the only 3 in there. We all went in three separate directions, each of us looking for some specific things and not a single person greeted or spoke to any of us let alone offer any help. There were two employees behind the checkout counter. A guy on the computer and a girl on her cell phone. The both looked up at us when we walked in and looked away. Was in there for 10 to 15 minutes and was never spoken to so we left so ce we couldn't find what we needed. We went over to ACE Hardware and the moment we walked through the door we were greated with a smile and she told us where we needed to go to find our stuff and then when we got to the right aisle, we immediately were offered help with what we are looking for. With your terrible customer service, I recommend your employees go shop at ACE once and learn customer service from them.
