Josh receives 5 stars as a rep. Lgi receives 3 stars as a business. Josh did really well at maintaining contact and putting us in a great position (as far as understanding) for homeownership. Very understanding, kind, and patient. Was not pushy and did his job very well.
First of all, I do love the community, lots of kids which is great for new families like us, very calm and safe town.
I love our home, the space that separates the backyards from the other homes, and we do have nice and big backyards.
I will say that the AC for the small homes was not designed properly. It was designed for 92 degrees outdoor temperature and thermostat at 75 degrees so if its hotter outside (which will be) and you prefer your home to be at less than 75 (most of us do) it will just not happen.
