Duane with Twin Peaks Inspections did an outstanding job with the two inspections I had him complete. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes his time inspecting everything inside and outside the home. I was under contract on a new construction home and when Duane completed his inspection, he located mold in the unfinished basement. Due to his findings, I was able to withdrawal from the contract and go under contract with another new build within a few weeks. I am so thankful that Duane took the time to conduct such a detailed and thorough home inspection that saved me from moving forward with this home and helped me avoid costly issues down the road. I need my front and back yards to look beautiful , functional, Colorado native and dog friendly. Kyle, Tristan are very professional, kind, and great at what they do. Their team is hard working and are also very nice- Although most of them are not fluent in English but there’s usually one person who can translate to the rest of the team. The whole process took about a week to finish and it was seamless. There was zero problem whatsoever . Everything was clearly communicated and done well. They went above and beyond to do extra things for my dogs and my house and did not bill me extra which I really appreciate.
The project had a delayed start but due to unforeseen circumstances and it was clearly communicated so I don’t mind. Because it’s a new house and there’s so much more to do, I would hire them again next year to add on few more things for my yard. Our original videographer had an unexpected emergency the afternoon of our wedding. They clearly love animals! I'm not sure how they feel about humans... certainly less than our pets. But then it is the humans that can be rude.
