Paint Pals was so easy to work with. From getting the initial information, the quote, and even the team that did the work, each and every person I dealt with was informative and professional. I was working with a very tight and last-minute schedule, and they were able to accommodate me at every turn. Would absolutely use them again.

Had Paint Pals paint the interior of my house. Very punctual, communicated throughout the project and completed it on time. Having them come back and paint my exterior in the spring.

Generally Positive Experience - But be aware of high pressure sales tacticsWe called Paint Pals after a reccomendation from a friend. The staff was all polite, friendly, and responsive, although they didn't always communicate with one another, which led to us having to repeat ourselves.When we got the quote, we were dissapointed to learn they require you to sign immediately (same day) or you will pay 10% more. This means if Paint Pals is your first quote, you are discouraged to shop around. We felt this was very high pressure, and almost moved on due to this alone.
