We LOVE River Valley. They are one of few companies around here that offer after hours services. Twice in the last year they have happily come out at an odd day and hour to see what has happened to our AC. This time it what Chace that came out. He was friendly, helpful, and understanding that we have two small children and a working AC is a must. Last year, I was pregnant and called cried because of how hot it was and how miserable we were. They pick up quick and are usually there within 20-30 minutes. Thank you River Valley!

Greg from River Valley Plumber did a great job, professional, reasonably priced get to it no nonsense service which I appreciate. I've had other companies come out not even investigate what the real problem was, just a calculated guess but insist they have to a full property assessment with huge price tag, waste hours of my time and leave not knowing for sure what and how to fix the problem I had them come out for. I will definitely use River Valley Plumbing again

We called Our plumber, Josh, back to our duplex 3 times after a freeze break in late January to fix many broken pipes and then help reinstall and hookup appliances after the renovation. Each time he called before arriving, arrived on time and installed, repaired and or otherwise addressed the next item on the list. We are very happy with the job he did and his positive, friendly nature. He is now our plumber until he retires ?Thank you Josh!
