Called to schedule an appointment and customer service was superb. Lindsey was kind, and welcoming. She stated she had an opening and if I was available to take my dog in same day. As I entered the business, was greeted with a warm smile. Lindsey was super supportive and explained how she would treat my dog. She was gentle and comforting with my dog and that made me feel relieved that my dog was in good hands. Great grooming. Definitely taking my dog from now on.
Staff clearly loves what they do. They are great groomers and terrific with customers. So glad we have this in Frederick! My 5 1/2 month old Bernedoodle came out with a Velvet coat.
I brought my older pup in for a nail trim who doesn't love getting her nails cut and she did a really good job getting them short! I've tried three places around here which are a few dollars cheaper but I know this trim will last longer. They got us in the same day and they sprayed her with a marshmellow scent that smells amazing. Staff was super sweet!
