I was certainly nervous about everything and Jimmy took care of me beyond belief. He walked me through the process, explained everything in detail (which I needed to calm down), he told me the game plan, and executed it quickly and painlessly. His whole vibe and demeanor was calming, yet intelligent. I was worried about how it was gonna hurt, and I'm going to admit, I hardly felt a thing.
