In my opinion, they are doing one thing very wrong, but everything else was just fine. So I think 3 stars is fair. I like their policies: every customer must wear a mask, and only one customer in the store at a time. These are good policies. But what I very much do not like is that I have seen 3 different employees at this business, and only 1 of them was wearing a mask. My message to the other 2 employees: I did not feel safe when I was in your store. There is significant evidence that my mask provides more protection for others than it does for myself. If these 2 employees will not wear a mask while customers are in their store, then that is extremely disrespectful and dangerous (in my opinion) to the customers, and I believe it is extremely important that this behavior changes immediately. With a potentially deadly virus that can spread asymptomatically, everybody needs to wear a mask because you can have the virus and not know it if you're not showing symptoms. Please have more respect for your customers. I trust this was an honest mistake, but please fix it for the health of your customers.
