Ridgeline is tremendous. Very responsive. Our old furnace went out and Andy and Jim got the old one going long enough to get a new furnace installed. Very professional and easy to work with. They understood the dangers of not having heat in the winter and I could always count on them to answer the phone when we needed them.
I loved working with Sam and all the workers with Ridgeline. They replaced my AC and furnace for a far more affordable price than what we were quoted elsewhere, and their installation was professional and timely. Thank you for the cool house we’ll have this summer!
Awesome customer service with an incredibly knowledgeable and efficient staff. I’ve dealt with many different mechanical companies in the area and I will never use anyone else again. They do not over hire employees to make a profit, instead they stay selective and control quality....which is very high. Thank you!!
