We contacted a few companies in the area to get a quote for a boundary and topo survey, and Tom got back to us right away. Their prices are fair and they are local to Fairplay, so they don’t charge “an arm and a leg” to drive their equipment from Denver.Tom was very honest and upfront about their timeline, they do get busy. Tom is excellent and he is very FAST to respond via email! He knows his stuff and was able to provide some examples of previous surveys done. I would definitely work with Tom again!

While some of the reviews online seemed hit or miss, my experience was positive. I did have to call more than once, but after some back and forth we were able to set a date to have my property surveyed and the perimeter marked. The surveyors showed up at the date and time expected and did the job at the agreed upon for the price we agreed upon. I did have to follow up on the final documents and making a payment but was not a hardship considering some of the other challenges I have had with services from contractors in Fairplay.
