Very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Harry was thorough, and had great judgement on the significance of each issue. He understands the consequences of the home buyer’s decisions. Report is also thorough and concise with an excellent summary and good pictures.
We hired Spectrum Inspections on a house we are interested in buying. Harry was thorough with his review. We walked the property inside and out and he took his time explaining his findings.
