Anna has the most amazing technique and approach. Her Rolfing style is gentle but effective. She always has a way with settling my nervous system and getting the tightness and pain out! She definitely knows her stuff!
I have been seeing Anna for years now and would recommend her to anyone. I saw other rolfers prior to seeing Anna, but those sessions were often painful and intense. Anna has a gentler touch, a deep knowledge of the body, and really attends to her clients’ needs and comfort. She has helped me relieve chronic issues and seeing her regularly keeps me feeling good in my body. Plus, she’s just a nice human and enjoyable to talk to.
Working with Anna at the Evergreen Rolfing & Movement Studio has been such a positive for my body and wellbeing. In the very beginning I was a bit skeptical. But after several Rolfing and GyroTonic Sessions I can't thank Anna enough for the work she has done in improving my lifestyle. Her vast knowledge and complete understanding of the human body will convince you that you do have possibilities, you don't have to live with chronic pain and discomfort.
