Just wanted to acknowledge and say thank you to Blake at the Evergreen, Colorado Ace Hardware store. Was in on Tuesday morning to find some small brass fittings and a tap to cut threads for a project I'm doing. Blake listened very carefully, went right to the proper parts I needed, and also made 2 very helpful suggestions about the work. He got me what I needed, didn't hurry, but also didn't waste any time. Blake is terrific. Very refreshing & uncommon these days.Thank you, Blake Ron

5 star, this is a smaller Ace, but it makes up in customer service, great management and team for the most part. A comfortable feeling that you are getting what you need and hometown touch when shopping there!

I bought a blackstone grill a few months back from this store and Rodger actually delivered it to me the first time. He was great to work with from that first visit! He delivered the grill and went out of his way from the start to get it setup on my deck. A few months later, a screw on my grill's lid broke, I wasn't sure whether to go directly to blackstone or to Ace with the problem. Because I live close to Ace I decided to pop in there and ask them what to do. In less than a minute of walking through the door, Rodger asked if he could help me.
