I've been seeing Amber here for a few years and have always felt cared for and enjoyed the services she provides. Whether it is tension/pain from an old injury flaring up or just some relaxation, Amber and the other therapist have always provided excellent care. Highly recommend checking them out.

I give myself a gift of going once a month to CAB. It is definitely one of those things that is a joy each time. Amber is now my normal monthly go to person, and Jessica was for a few years "before kids." Both are wonderful! Treat yourself!

I have seen two practitioners at Conscious Alignment Bodywork for prenatal massage and both were incredible! I was so impressed with their knowledge, technique and professionalism. Both practitioners made me feel safe and at ease so that I could truly relax and enjoy my experience. I cannot wait to return to Conscious Alignment for my next massage!
