They were able to fit us into the schedule pretty quickly, which is impressive since they would have to drive down to our house in Westminster.Our carpet had not been cleaned in years. Last time was one of those wet treatments. You could definitely see our tracks where we trod on a daily basis. Alice and Matt arrived and let us know that the we process can increase the tracks. They got to work and we didn't even need to leave the house.Instead, they used their dry process and after about an hour and a half, our carpets were done.
