I work as a Mountain Guide, which is a physically demanding job with endless wear and tear on my body. Izzie has helped me through all sorts of different aches, pains and injuries. I have also received bodywork to improve my posture which has helped my body move more efficiently and recover faster. From deep tissue bodywork, joint range of motion sessions, and therapeutic massage flushes I leave every massage feeling great! I highly recommend Izzie!
