Estes Park Pilates is a Pilates Reformer studio, teaching a variety of classes including Stretch, Core Flow, Cardio, and more. Both instructors are thorough and lead a well organized class. With up to six reformers, classes feel like private or semi-private classes. Strongly suggest trying this Pilates studio in beautiful Estes Park Colorado.
MJ has a deep understanding of Pilates methodology and instruction. She strives to challenge her students while keeping them safe. She varies her workouts so you never get bored. Estes Park is lucky to have someone of her caliber in our community. I highly recommend MJ and Estes Park Pilates.
I've been taking private lessons in Pilates for about 7 years. We were staying in Estes for a couple of months so I needed a place to keep up my skills. I found MJ online and her experience was good so I gave her a try. She is awesome! One of the best instructors I've worked with. Great workouts and keeping me in shape - clearly knows her stuff. Turns out she's only been in Estes Park a couple months so I lucked out.
