I've been taking private lessons in Pilates for about 7 years. We were staying in Estes for a couple of months so I needed a place to keep up my skills. I found MJ online and her experience was good so I gave her a try. She is awesome! One of the best instructors I've worked with. Great workouts and keeping me in shape - clearly knows her stuff. Turns out she's only been in Estes Park a couple months so I lucked out.
Mary Jo has gotten me through some of the toughest moments of my life. After talking with her I feel rejuvenated and empowered and ready to take on new challenges and grow as a person.
I am always blown away by what Mary Jo has to say. She is truly insightful and my sessions with her have helped my life move forward in a positive manner. Her time with me is filled with honestly, love and encouragement. Thank you MJ!
