When we arrived in Estes for a few days on a family vacation, I realized I forgot my contacts and glasses at home. It would have been hours to drive home and back. The kind staff at Aspen Eyecare not only quickly provided me with new contacts, but also gave me solution and a case at no charge. Life savers! Thanks so much for helping me and my family have a hassle-free vacation.
My father’s glass lens popped out while we were vacationing in Estes Park. We called the nearest optometrist and were pleasantly surprised to find Aspen Eye Care close by our resort. The staff were extremely friendly and we waited under 15 minutes in the historic landmark building while Eric fixed my father’s glasses. When we pulled out the card to pay, he graciously told us no payment was needed, he was happy to make our day, and he DID! Thank you Aspen Eye Care!!
While hiking in RMNP, a lens fell out of my frame. I stopped in at Aspen Optical, and within minutes he put the lens in, tightened frame, and cleaned my glasses for FREE!! Amazing customer service. A big thanks to Nick.
