Called Jim on a Sunday for a patch job on my carpet. He was there the next day and knocked out the job quickly and it was a reasonable price for the service. Jim is a really good guy and is fun to talk to. I will be using him and his company for all future flooring jobs.

Jim and his crew did an excellent job replacing the carpet in our house! They even took extra care with the diagonal doorway in one of the rooms to make sure the seam wouldn't show.
We got a quote from Carpet Exchange before we went here, and Jim's prices were *way* better than theirs. He was patient with us as we decided on a pattern and color too, and had no problem ordering in samples for us to take home as we decided.

Jim has to be one of the best people on this planet! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is reliable, trustworthy, kind and full of fun stories! His workers Jessie and Richard are amazing as well. They went above and beyond for our job and it shows. The outcome is fantastic! They were clean, on time, great communicators and did everything perfectly. We can't wait to do another project with them! We highly recommend them!
