Been a couple years since I spoke to them but it was impossible to set up a commercial account withOUT applying for credit from them. We do NOT use vendor credit EVER. We always pay on the spot. They basically were a huge waste if time.They are part of Advance Auto Parts (which has no problem with our cash accounts) so not sure what their problem is.
