The front desk and emergency care team went above and beyond for us, and our sweet dog Butter. They cared for her for four days and made sure they gave her all they could so she felt safe. We ended up having to say goodbye to her and the team offered so much compassion to us when we had to do the most difficult thing. Thank you to Dr. Fox, Alicia, Esther, Kerrigan, Marisol and the whole team.
This is a large calm emergency room. They took our dog immediately to be seen by a Doctor. We saw Dr. Sunshine whom quickly found the areas of his injuries and gave him some meds for pain. Our dog is happy and healthy now.
We haven't seen other doctors here but Dr. Timian is superb.She is compassionate and understanding, caring, listens and trusts the pet parent's report, thorough, and incredibly patient. Additionally, she provides amazing referrals, if those are needed.
