I’ve been going here for about 9+ months. Shelley has proven to be very professional and opened to honest feedback and doesn’t take it personally (I feel like that’s rare nowadays). She will work around your needs to the best of her abilities. If you have any questions, she doesn’t just send you one sentence answer; she is thorough and you can tell she is passionate about her business. On top of that, the people that work for her are awesome.
