A project was an outdoor patio addition, approx. 400+ sq ft finished, with a vaulted ceiling, gabled roof, and concrete work. The result was beautiful. The design work was outstanding. All prices are upfront, and the owner made sure the customer was 100% happy with everything. Communication throughout the process was great, and the job got done on time and on point. It is hard to find an owner who cares about doing a great job and making sure all customers are happy. The owner consistently visited a pool and paver job to make sure things were going smoothly. He even helped make it swim-able by Christmas. The team worked together on a project for a full year and turned a backyard dream into a reality that exceeded already lofty expectations. The design team took a very rough explanation, added features and elevation changes, and turned it into a 3D animation. The team of workers created beauty and craftsmanship in everything they touched. Even when the initial plan needed additions, changes, or a change of mind, the team never said they couldn't achieve the outcome. The contractor kept their word, their schedule, and their price point. The project consisted of transforming a 20,000 sq foot backyard into a 20x40 shotcrete swimming pool, a 9x9 spa with a sheet waterfall, a 4 foot circular fire pit with a rounded seating area, a raised pavilion for an outdoor kitchen, a grass soccer pitch, a waterproofed and finished underdeck for the 700 sq foot deck above, hundreds of sq feet of pavers, dozens of feet of multi-tiered retaining walls, and dozens of new trees, shrubs, and outdoor lighting that came together into a backyard oasis. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The whole team is friendly, kind, and honest. The sales and design process was smooth, and the team worked to get the right design for the budget. The soft scape team was friendly and efficient, and the whole roof took only a few days. The hardscape team was truly incredible and never ceased to go above and beyond. They cleaned up every day and were respectful and hardworking. They even cleaned a neighbor’s car when they got dust on it. They helped with specific requests and were abundantly patient. The whole operation was like a well organized supply chain, and the project finished on time and at the price originally planned. Several neighbors asked for contact because they were so impressed with how hard working and kind the team was and how amazing the results are.
