Following a craniotomy to remove a suburbal hematoma I was referred to Dr. Frei, by my neurosurgeon, to have a follow on MMA embolization to further treat my hematoma. Dr. Frei was incredibly responsive to emails I sent him, even before my initial meeting with him. When we did meet he was happy to answer any questions and was very good at explaining what was facing me, including the risks. Dr. Frei was quick to correct any misconceptions I held about the procedure and he made me feel very comfortable. My daughter accompanied me to the appointment with Dr Atchie. Support staff made the atmosphere in the office comfortable . The doctor shared information in an understandable way, welcomed our questions, and put us at ease. We agreed that even though we don’t usually leave reviews this was worthy of making an exception.
Dr. Archie was wonderful, answered all our questions in language that was easy to understand, we didn't feel rushed, he was encouraging and supportive and enthusiastic about the procedure.
