Excellent, no-nonsense spot for sauna and plunge action. The sauna is big and hot, the plunges are cold. One of the plunges has ice in it always but im not that hard core. Friendly staff and people too!
R3 sauna and cold plunge has a really nice layout. They have three different cold plunges at various temperatures. They have a Finnish sauna, changing rooms, bathrooms and lockers. It is very well kept and the staff especially Michael really cares about how it’s ran overall they go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience and really connect with their clients
