After having a metal spark removed from my eye, the whole eye doctor team took care of me above and beyond.. They outsourced an amazing referral for my rust ring then gave me a prescription:( then proceeded to fully replace my glasses just three days after receiving them. Shout out to holly for impeccable customer service, and the whole team for making it happen.

It has been well over two months since my original eye exam and my glasses have had to be sent back three times now because they keep making the lenses incorrectly. Subpar customer service.

Edit: store was able to work with me and was able to order the correct lenses free of charge. Best customer service I have had in a while. Will be shopping at the store due to them, correcting the misunderstanding.

As someone who’s never had vision problems until I turned 27 and worked 5 years at a computer job, I really had no experience dealing with eye doctors. This office made the experience really comfortable and I was very impressed by how quick I was able to get in and out. The ladies at the front desk were very warm and welcoming! I’m glad I chose here as my eye doctor!
