The initial call was wonderful. The person answering the phone gave so much information and was kind and helpful. The procedure and results were great! My disappointment came from my follow up appointment 3 months post op. I drove over 2 hours to my appointment, taking a full day off work and had arranged my whole day around this and one other appointment in the area. I let them know when I arrived that I had another appointment 30 minutes away in an hour and 15 minutes. After 10 minutes after my appointment was to start I was taken to an examining room after pictures were taken. I’m one-month post op and so far so good. The front desk staff are really accommodating and always kind. The lymphatic massage has been instantly helpful and relieving of swelling and discomfort. I feel it right after I leave. If you get a procedure that requires lymphatic massage but a package with Dana. It really helps speed up recovery. Dr. Millard is really experienced in vaser and I felt all my questions were answered and the procedure went smoothly.
