Mark has helped us with 2 different home remodels, and he has done a superb job both times. He does an excellent job of listening to the client and then coming up with wonderful design proposals. In our experiences, he has typically presented 3 options at varying price points for each selection, offered advice and been very respectful of the decisions that we made. Five years ago Mark assisted us as our interior designer for our new home. He did a wonderful job. Then recently we had a reclining sofa he had helped us acquire malfunction and getting the manufacturer to respond wasn't going anywhere. Even though it had been five years since Mark had assisted us with procuring the sofa, I reached out to him for assistance. He delved right into helping get the issue resolved and kept at it with the manufacturer until we were able to acquire the appropriate part.
