I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kim. She was incredibly kind, warm, compassionate, and understanding. She took so much time with me, listened carefully to my concerns, and patiently answered every one of my questions. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which unfortunately can be rare in healthcare. It was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had with a physician.

Dr. Bounkhong is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable to work with. I have seen her for 3 or 4 years in a row now and hope to continue. Eye exams at Lone Tree Icon are very thorough in a very nice modern, clean, and technologically advanced setting. All of the machines they use to check your eyes seem to be the most up to date, cutting edge available.
