I found Horizon on Thumbtack and they responded quickly. Scheduled quickly and Stefano was great to work with. Seemed a little pricey but I didn’t shop around, just wanted to get the job done.
Jon was great-- he arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and wore shoe covers the entire time. I am only giving 4 stars because Horizon Services didn't give me a sense of how much my service would cost beforehand (and it turned out to be expensive!) They should have referred me to a handyman or told me that they don't do simple pipe cleanings.
We have been using Horizon for years. Erick came today. Very professional. He ran our hose and got out all the debris from our AC unit. Very impressed with his knowledge and expertise.
