The lights on my lower level stopped working just before the family of four were to arrive for Christmas. Seneca responded to my call. He did an extensive problem evaluation, discussed problem in terms I could understand, and gave me three estimates. It turned out that I had a service plan with another company that I didn’t realize covered electrical issues. I was impressed with his attitude, knowledge and ability to communicate complex problems. I would not hesitate to use Heart.
Josh was amazing! From coming on over to look at our old outdated solar water heater to installing our new gas tankless water heater. Heart is a solid, honest and really well-run business. I'm always skeptical about people coming to the house saying everything is bad and that spending a lot of money is the only way to go. Not Josh and Heart. This was a well informed and well executed decision from my wife and me. No pressure to make a choice right then. No expectation of work outside of what was already done.
