The building that we are in is very old and the structure of the floors were extremely difficult to deal with. Jim met with me onsite and worked with me to develop a plan to solidify the subfloor of the location and create a schedule of work that allowed us to minimize the loss of business. The work that was done was on time and the quality was fantastic. I am currently in the process of starting new projects with Jim and Western as a result of the great experience that we had.”
