Would give 7 stars for Samantha's great cut she just gave me. I sometimes go to the one on Broadway but will do the extra drive for this one instead from here on out.
Samantha understood what i wanted for my haircut and executed with amazing detail. Definitely worth it!
Samantha was AMAZING!!! I have super long and thick hair and she helped me get it healthy again! She went above and beyond and even took care of my split ends! Was super nice and caring. I couldn’t decide how much to cut off and from her experience she made me feel at ease and took a good amount off but not too much!! Definitely will be going back and asking for her!! Thank you so much!
Hair cut excellent, I do believe her name was Sam, and Yen is the boss. We had issues with the computers working, I get that. I ended up going to the ATM at target , no big deal. I went back to pay and Yen was being, I thought very disrespectful to Sam almost to the point I wanted to say something. Anyway I paid them and walked out, and without my chap stick bought, and said I won't be back, no manager should ever speak to their employees like that, especially in front of 4 customers . I don't like writing bad reviews , but this was just wrong. This was around 1230 or 1.
