I’m not normally a fan of Great Clips. Where I live they always mess up my hair. I decided I wanted a haircut while out here visiting my grandma. We stopped here and I walked in and was put on a fairly short waitlist. When Yen went to cut my hair she listened to everything I was telling her and asking for. I showed her a picture of a haircut similar to what I was looking for. She did an amazing job! My new haircut looks exactly like what I wanted. Not only is Yen really good at cutting hair but she’s also very nice to talk to. If I lived out here I would undoubtedly go back to Yen every 3-4 months.
I’ve been a Great Clips customer for many years and been to many locations but this Great Clips on River Point Pkwy is BY FAR the best & my favorite #1! All the employees do a great job but the 2 who are my favorites are Yen and Trin. They’re always friendly, professional, smiling, but most importantly, they not only give the best haircuts, they remember my preferences, what’s not in the notes, while always being attentive to walk ins & answering the phone. Trin and Yen, you both are THE BEST!! Thank you very much!!
