I always go to Grease Monkey for consistent quick and friendly service. I go as needed, but also in a pinch with my cross country road trips. This location really hooked me up! All the fluids, a full check up, even a vacuum! - And none of the trying-to-sell-me-on-stuff as a woman. Seems odd to say but my experience is often that of persistent recommendation when I'm just trying to get the one thing done. This place had my back, left me with great info on things I can look into on my own time, and they were just so freaking nice! 10/10
My experience was way better than I anticipated. The wait time was non-existent, for the techs to get started on my car. And I was quoted a specific completion time. But it took less time than that. And the cost for the entire service was also less than anticipated. And I have experienced no issues with the car, since having it serviced. I know where I'm going back to, come April 2025.
The team at Grease Monkey are very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and a tuneup, and had to have a part ordered and some additional work done. They Quoted a reasonable price so I decided to go ahead with the work.
They were very communicative and flexible with my schedule. They are also open on Sunday so I was able to pick up my car before the busy week. There aren’t many places around the Broadway area that are open on Sunday so this was a nice benefit. My car was ready on Saturday earlier than had been quoted and they called me to let me know.
