My experience was way better than I anticipated. The wait time was non-existent, for the techs to get started on my car. And I was quoted a specific completion time. But it took less time than that. And the cost for the entire service was also less than anticipated. And I have experienced no issues with the car, since having it serviced. I know where I'm going back to, come April 2025.
The team at Grease Monkey are very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and a tuneup, and had to have a part ordered and some additional work done. They Quoted a reasonable price so I decided to go ahead with the work.
They were very communicative and flexible with my schedule. They are also open on Sunday so I was able to pick up my car before the busy week. Wow. Today I needed an oil change so I went to my usual Grease Monkey. Past visits it takes 20-30 minutes . But today the last car was pulling out as I was pulling in. Pat and Nick must have set a record, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great job guys! and thank you.
