I met Giovanny Carrasquillo, project manager, while his crew was replacing the roof on my neighbor's roof. I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of the crew's work. They were extremely efficient and neat. When the roof was completed, in one day, they meticulously clean the grounds before they left. Giovanny even brought pizza to the crew when they were done. My wife and I engaged Giovanny and Gates Enterprises to replace our home's roof. We found him to be extremely personable and interested in our project. I would recommend Gates Roofing to anyone needing roof replacement or roof repair. Nate Stovell came out in January of this year to be on the roof with me when the insurance adjuster inspected my roof, at that time we thought the inspector agreed that the whole roof needed replaced. Not the case. Gates roofing put me in touch with someone who would fight the insurance company for me (insurance didn’t want to pay for the damage that was incurred from a hail storm) Fast forward to July of this year I finally get a new roof. Nate was in contact with me through the whole process, even when I was ready to give up and just pay for it myself. I really can’t express how grateful I am that they took the time to make sure I got a new roof. It’s so rare to find a company that will go out of their way to help a customer.
