Dr. Paul M. Hayes, DDS provides excellent dental care and has gained a reputation for outstanding service. Patients are pleased with implants and the supportive interactions with the doctor and staff. Heather and Lindsay at the front desk are warm and thorough, ensuring good communication both in person and over the phone. With years of experience, the practice offers extraordinary care, making patients feel comfortable and alleviating the dread often associated with dental visits. The hygienists, like Alexis, are also attentive, explaining procedures before they begin and checking in with patients during the cleaning process. Dr. Hayes takes the time to provide detailed explanations of recommendations and answers any questions. With a focus on professionalism, the office environment is welcoming, making visits to the dentist more enjoyable. New patients are encouraged to call, as the practice maintains a low profile through word-of-mouth.
I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes for 7 years and have had uniformly excellent care and communication with the practice. Heather and Lindsay at the front desk are warm, thorough and communicate well, both in person and by phone. My most recent hygienist, Alexis was warm thoughtful and exceptionally attentive during the cleaning. She explained what was going to be done before doing it and checked in regularly with me during the process to see if I needed anything. And, Dr. Hayes regularly explains in detail recommendations and takes the time to answer my questions. Certainly one of the best dental practices I've ever had the pleasure of working with. (Note: If you are a new patient I recommend calling. They have no website and keep a very low profile due to word-of-mouth being sufficient advertising.)
I have been a patient for about a year. I presented with multiple unchecked issues and today, after about 3 visits, my dental health is on the right track. All of the office staff is so professional and I can't say enough about Dr. Hayes and how comforting he is to any patient. Correction they are on the second floor.
The whole office is so professional and nice...it actually makes "going to the Dentist" not so bad. Dr. Hayes has a lot of bad jokes to put you right at ease. Actually looking forward to my next visit.
