This company has been great to work with so far. My son missed picture day today and when I emailed about a refund, they responded right away and also told me about other options that we could do so we wouldn't miss out. I definitely would order with them again

One of our kid's photo packets was misplaced by one of her teachers and I contacted customer service and within 10 minutes, I received a response from Makaela and was told the replacement would be sent out to me directly. Within a minute of me confirming our billing address, the order was placed. It's been a while since I've received this level of dedicated customer service and I was really impressed!
