Decypher is part family to me. Years after I have moved on to other opportunities, they still remain at the top of my list for vendors to refer local businesses in need of IT support. Farr and the Decypher leadership team are some of the sharpest people I know in this industry and are continuing to push the envelope in the MSP space. Every client I worked with during my time at Decypher was pleasant, shared the joint IT vision and easy to communicate with. One day I hope my path with Decypher crosses again!!
Adas and Shelby have been absolutely wonderful. They are responsive, informative, and extremely helpful. I've even gotten to learn much more about the BDA-testing process thanks to both of them. They are kind, personable & always willing to help & explain things further. We, at Meridian Fire, are very happy with our experience at Decypher Technologies! 10/10 would recommend.
