Used Crawlspaces2Basements for my project - signed in 2023, with most work happening fall '24 through early winter '25. I had a great experience overall.

Ted walked me through what to expect, what their costs are, and how the project would work before I signed and put a down payment. I put in a deposit which allowed Engineering and Structural drawings / plans to be made, submitted to the city for permitting. City of Denver, I'd rate their permit dept a 2 star if I could... a lot of waiting on them, but when we got to the end Paula helped us get past the final permit hurdles.

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Ted, Paula, Andrew and their crews helped us add an addition foot + of space to our crawlspace under our house. We had a few options but chose them for the job because they were timely with their quote and they work directly with a structural engineer to ensure their projects are done safely and correctly. The crew who completed our project showed up early each day and cleaned up around the area each night before the end of the day. They even pointed out an unrelated issue with our house we were unaware of, honest guys and very hard working.
