I had a great experience here. I had suspension repairs , cv joint replacement and brake pads and rotors replaced. Compared to estimates given at other shops( half) and having it done in a couple of days. I would recommend them to friends and family.
I had dropped my car off (2011 Ford Explorer) in the morning, and they were professional and thoughtful from the start. They got to the car promptly, and gave me multiple options. When I asked their honest opinion, they didn't try to upsell me. They even performed a complimentary service on the side. Both Bruce and Scott were friendly, took the time to answer any clarifying questions, and weren't weren't trying to get me at the door in a hurry. When I did come pick my car up, they even showed me the part they replaced and the condition it had been in. They gave me some tips for some self-car maintenance, and the price overall was very fair. By far the best lead technician, Bruce. The stuff he can fix on a car is amazing. And the stuff that he doesn't know how to fix he'll spend as long as it takes to figure it out and to fix it. The manager scott, is a great manager so sweet understanding and we'll make sure the job gets done in a timely manner I will always recommend the shop & Bruce as the technician
