I have the monthly membership. The wash itself is very good.But lately since the car wash has gain more popularity. Now I find myself constantly waiting at least an hour on the line to get a wash. 1-2 out of the 3 auto bays are always down. Very time consuming everytime I wanna wash my car.
Auto Carwash was good, the blower/dryer was not effective. Also I did not get the receipt for transaction which supposedly have code for vaccum so couldn’t get my vaccum done in spite of paying premium $22 charge.
**UPDATE - I was given a credit for the wash that sane day. The office was quick to handle the issue.. thanks again guys!!!This was my 2nd time using this location. I pulled up to the auto wash bay (middle one), entered my code and waited for the wash in front of me to finish. Once it finished, and the vehicle pulled out, I waited for the vehicle to pull ahead. It did, and I didn't get the green light, the screen just said the wash was closed and to come back again. So, as I was in a crunch, and once the screen went back to normal asking for a code, I entered the one from the purchased wash. It worked fine, but I'd really appreciate a refund of the wash I purchased...read full review
